Quick question for the group: how do you buy personalized hats in Canada clubs and teams will actually wear after the first week, without ending up with a box of mistakes? I’m planning a small order for my hockey league and can’t settle on logo size or thread colour.

Hat Store Canada has been around since 2014, so I started my reading there. Their sample steps look simple. Has anyone placed a group order with them, and did the finished hats match what you saw on screen before approving?
